IV Therapy- MAH/Ozone

Service Description

Ozone Therapy aka MAH (Major Autohemotherapy) IV Therapy: MAH is the process in which we ozonate the blood directly. The procedure is an IV in which ~8 ounces of blood is drained into a sterile bag. Once the desired amount of blood is achieved, we then add Calcium and Glutathione (these are mitochondrial stimulants). Since ozone works directly on the mitochondria of the cells, we “wake” the mitochondria up with the Calcium and Glutathione, essentially telling them something good is about to happen! Then the Ozone gas is added to the bag in the ratio of 1ml ozone to 1ml of blood. This is where the magic happens… the bag of blood is then rocked gently while the red blood cells absorb the ozone. When the blood turns from a maroon color to a bright red, we know that the red cells have soaked up all of the ozone. The blood is then hung and returned back to the body by gravity.
